Electric Hybrid System (EHS)

The Electric Hybrid System (EHS) is a fully integrated powertrain that combines high-speed dual motors, dual controllers, and advanced oil-cooling technology to maximize motor power density and overall efficiency.

High-Speed Dual Motors

EHS is equipped with advanced high-speed dual motors capable of reaching up to 15,000 rpm. With separate functions, the P1 motor generates power while the P3 motor drives the wheels, delivering strong performance and adaptability under diverse driving conditions.

Hairpin Motor Technology

The EHS uses innovative hairpin winding technology that greatly improves heat dissipation. This design enables peak efficiency of up to 97%, and keeps efficiency levels consistently above 90% during most operating conditions.

Oil-Cooling Technology

With direct oil-cooling technology, EHS effectively cools the heat source, significantly enhancing heat dissipation and allowing motor power density to reach as high as 5.5 kW/kg. This ensures stability and reliability even under demanding loads.

Highly Integrated Dual-Motor Controller

The EHS integrates a dual-motor controller with IGBT technology, elevating electronic control efficiency to an impressive 98.9%, further boosting performance and energy management.

  • In Pure EV Mode, the wheels are 100% driven by the electric motor for an all-electric drive experience, with the Xiaoyun engine on standby.
 
  • When the battery power falls below the user-set SOC value, the engine will automatically engage for range extension.
  • While the Xiaoyun engine acts as a generator charging the battery, the wheels are driven by the electric motor, making HEV mode the ideal companion for extending range.
  • The wheels are driven by both the electric motor and the Xiaoyun engine.
  • This mode produces fast responsive acceleration in situations such as overtaking on highways, providing high power performance.
  • Moreover, for high-speed cruising at low SOC, wheels are 100% driven by the Xiaoyun engine, reducing fuel consumption combined with economical and efficient power output.
