• the end of Lucian Liu’s former employment relationship;

2. Independent Creation and Funding by Xuan Bao

From its initial planning and creation, this website has been independently funded, designed, developed, configured, maintained and technically administered by Xuan Bao.

Xuan Bao independently carried out or arranged:

• domain registration;
• website hosting;
• WordPress installation and administration;
• website structure and page construction;
• visual design and layout;
• original website content;
• search-engine optimisation;
• website maintenance and technical updates;
• payment of the corresponding development and operating expenses.

Xuan Bao performed these activities in an independent personal capacity.

Xuan Bao has never been an employee, internal website developer, agent or authorised representative of Wuxi BiYueDa or other car exporting service organization.

There has never been an employment relationship between Xuan Bao and Wuxi BiYueDa in connection with this website or otherwise.

3. No Involvement by Wuxi BiYueDa

At no time was this website commissioned, funded, built, administered, maintained, supervised or controlled by Wuxi BiYueDa.

Wuxi BiYueDa did not provide:

• website-development personnel;
• a domain name or hosting account;
• WordPress or other website-administration accounts;
• company servers or technical infrastructure;

5. Personal Use of the Website by Lucian Liu

Xuan Bao has made this website platform available to Lucian Liu for Lucian Liu’s independent personal use in connection with:

Lucian Liu uses the website in his personal capacity.

Lucian Liu is not currently authorised to:
